You can make gluten free peanut butter balls no bake according to your food preference. It can be vegan or vegetarian. You just need to have the right ingredients for it. The basic requires the following ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of peanut butter

  2. 6 tablespoons of butter. If you’re a vegan you can use its substitute.

  3. 2 cups of sugar in powdered form.

  4. 1 cup of gluten-free rice Krispies cereals.

  5. 2 cups of chocolate chips

  6. 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Recipe

  1. In a large bowl mix peanut butter and the vegan butter substitute. Mix them thoroughly for about one minute. Next, add sugar and rice krispies. Keep mixing it altogether till it acquires a thick consistency. You can use a hand mixer for this purpose.

  2. Now with your hand make small size balls of this mixture and put them on a pan that is lined with parchment paper. Put this in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

  3. Take a medium sized bowl and on it melt the chocolate chips and cocnut oil. Keep stirring in between till the ingredients are completely melted.

  4. Take out the peanut butter balls and dip each one of them in the melted chocolate and oil mixture. You can use a fork to do this.

  5. After covering all the peanut butter bowls in chocolate, put them back in the refrigerator. If you have any remaining melted chocolate, drizzle them over the peanut butter balls.

  1. 5 cups peanut butter

  2. ½ cup of honey or maple syrup

  3. Gluten free oats

  4. Hemp, chia, or flax seeds

Recipe

  1. Take all the dry ingredients and mix them thoroughly. Now take all the wet ingredients like peanut butter and honey and warm them up.

  2. Mix the wet and dry mixtures and allow them to cool slightly.

  3. Cover them and refrigerate for around 15 minutes.

  4. Take them out of the refrigerator and start to fold them into balls.
